Using the site

We have made the site as easy to use as possible. You will find the main site navigation along the top of the website, underneath the logo. If you ever get lost you can navigate to the home page by clicking on the Eddies Essentials logo, or by clicking 'home'. You can navigate through all the available products using the left hand menu, and see what's in your shopping basket in the right hand column.

Some products will have accessories which are displayed just above the 'add to basket' button on the product page. You can buy these accessories with the main product by clicking in the tick box next to it.

 

Ways to pay

There are two quick, easy and secure ways to pay on eddiesessentials.com. We take security very seriously and don't store any of your card details. All transactions are handled by trusted third party companies.


Standard Secure Checkout

You can pay using any credit or debit card through our standard secure checkout which is provided by Protx. Simply click on 'checkout' from the shopping basket page. You will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information on the secure Protx payment page to complete your order.

 

Telephone

We understand that some people prefer to order over the phone. We can accept any debit or credit card over the phone by calling our sales line 01226 388 889.
