Delivery Information


How much do you charge for delivery?

We like to keep things simple. Delivery is FREE for all orders over £75 to any UK address except Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for delivery to Ireland. For all orders under £75, a standard delivery, postage & packaging charge of £3.95 is applied.


When will I receive my order?

Speedy delivery is one of our core values. All items unless stated otherwise will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm. You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days. If it is an oversized item, we will get in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.


How will it be delivered?

We deliver most items by 24hr courier and Royal Mail 1st Class Post, for the larger items they will be deilvered on a pallet due to the size.


Will I need to be in when my order arrives?

Some couriers will leave your order in a safe place without need for a signature, however, if a signature is required and you aren’t in they will leave a card allowing you to arrange a suitable delivery time. When you place your order there is a comments box which you can use to put specific delivery information in.

When you receive your order

Although we do everything we can to get your order to you as safely as possible, it's very important to check your order immediately for any visable, or hidden signs of damage. If you are to sign for your order please check your item thoroughly before signing. If no signature is required, please check your order immediately after receiving it and let us know of any damages staright away by calling 01226 388 889.
